Hi my name is Ian i have been keeping Birds for around 8 years now, and have kept many different birds From the smallest Zebra Finch to Ring-necks and Various types of Conures.
I would say that i was initially inspired to take up bird keeping thanks to a dear friend who showed me around his Aviaries where he kept all sorts too , But mainly Budgies, He would breed budgerigars for colour and colour alone his passion was Rainbows !! and wow what pretty birds he kept,
He still keeps them to this day but has scaled down his keeping to a few pairs but still loves the hobby.
Anyway i live in sunny South Devon with my Fiancee and 2 boys , (who help me hand rear some of the birds i have) lol, and plan on sharing with you many tips and helpful advice through our journey together,
